Modular graphical control and inspection system building units provide the required control and verification integration. The system can control and detect glue application of hot glue and cold glue, even small batch and complex spray pattern spraying. Additional validation capabilities enhance online quality assurance.
Up to 1200 m/min (3937 ft/min) and up to ±0.25 mm (0.01 in).
By allowing glue controllers or validation functions to be installed initially, other functions can be easily integrated as needed to provide upgradability.
Transposition can be done quickly with almost unlimited memory.
