HS-500MM fiber spray gun
1. The unique air-on and air-off design and imported solenoid valve make the working frequency up to 800 times per minute.
2. It is designed with the melt-blown technology applied in the non-woven fabric industry, with the same composite strength, only 30% of the amount of glue used in the spiral spray method.
3. It can perform medium and high speed glue breaking or continuous glue spraying. The glue spray is fibrous, delicate, strong, evenly distributed, and impermeable.
4. High-strength wear-resistant stainless steel nozzle, strong durability, and multi-layer filter technology to prevent clogging to the greatest extent. The fiber spray sheet adopts eight-piece combined atomization technology to make the hot melt adhesive more finely atomized.
5. The spraying width is 300mm, and the edge is controlled within ±2.omm; other spraying widths can be customized as required.
6. The electrical interface can be modified according to user needs, and it can be docked with all brands of hot melt glue machines.
